PHA, as part of Better Medicare Alliance (BMA), sent a letter to Congress urging lawmakers to protect all Medicare beneficiaries in the upcoming Reconciliation bill. PHA was among the Coalition’s 46 leading consumer, disability, minority health, and provider organizations thanking Congress for taking steps to protect Medicare Advantage beneficiaries when adding new benefits to Fee-for-Service (FFS) Medicare and encouraging lawmakers to maintain this language in the final bill.
