The Care Continuum Alliance announced today that Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane will be the opening speakers for the Visionaries Series Keynote Speakers on October 24 and 25, respectively, at the organization’s annual conference, CCA Forum 2013, to be held in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the theme, The Value of Population Health: Implementation Matters.

The Care Continuum Alliance’s annual conference, CCA Forum 2013, is launching a new feature, the Walking Learning Labs, which will further integrate the scientific sessions with the interactive experience of the exhibit hall, while highlighting the research efforts and outcomes of exhibitors, during the meeting October 23-25, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Employers Training Institute and the Innovators Forum are two of the most popular additions to the Care Continuum Alliance’s annual conference, CCA Forum 2013, to be held October 23-25, in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the theme, The Value of Population Health: Implementation Matters.

Employers can have a significant role in improving efforts to prevent and treat diseases such as cancer by introducing and supporting health promotion programs in the workplace. Together, companies can influence health care policies and reimbursement and industry practices to support the fight against cancer.
